采用直剪试验研究注浆前后泥岩裂隙面的闭合和剪切力学性质。试验结果表明注浆加固后泥岩裂隙面的力学性质出现了明显变化:1)注浆后的法向变形量较之注浆前减小了49%~57%;2)注浆后,剪切变形曲线出现了明显的峰值剪切强度和残余剪切强度;3)注浆后剪切刚度变大。注浆前后力学性质变化的原因在于:注入的浆液固化结晶后充填了裂隙的气、液空间,使裂隙面的凸起点接触转变为面接触,浆液结石体与裂隙凸起共同传递应力和抵抗剪切,提高了裂隙的抗剪强度。
The direct shear test was used to study the closure and shear mechanics properties of mudstone fracture surfaces before and after grouting. The experimental results show that the mechanical properties of the fractured surface of mudstone show obvious changes after grouting reinforcement: 1) the normal deformation after grouting is reduced by 49% -57% compared with that before grouting; 2) after grouting, Deformation curve appeared obvious peak shear strength and residual shear strength; 3) After grouting the shear stiffness becomes larger.
