目的对川八角莲[Dysosma veitchii(Hemsl.et Wils.)Fu ex Ying]的化学成分进行研究,为开发利用该植物资源提供依据。方法采用正相硅胶、反相ODS、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱及制备薄层色谱等方法进行分离纯化,并通过理化性质及波谱分析鉴定化合物的结构。结果从川八角莲体积分数为95%的乙醇提取物中共分离得到13个化合物,分别鉴定为:去氢鬼臼毒素(1)、异鬼臼苦酮(2)、苦鬼臼素-1-乙基醚(3)、鬼臼毒酮(4)、莰非素(5)、山柰酚(6)、槲皮素(7)、2-羟甲基-5-呋喃丙烯酸乙酯(8)、7β-羟基谷甾醇(9)、β-谷甾醇(10)、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯(11)、对甲氧基苯甲酸(12)、对羟基苯甲酸(13)。结论化合物5、8为从八角莲属植物中首次分离得到,化合物1~4、7、9、11~13为从该种植物中首次分离得到。
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Dysosma veitchii (Hemsl.et Wils.) Fu ex Ying and provide basis for developing and utilizing this plant resource. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by normal phase silica gel, reversed phase ODS, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and preparative thin layer chromatography. The structures of the compounds were identified by physico-chemical properties and spectral analysis. Results Thirteen compounds were isolated from the ethanol extract of 95% ethanolic fraction and identified as podophyllotoxin (1), iso podophyllotoxin (2), picropodophyllin - 1 Ethyl ether (3), podophyllotoxin (4), stilbene (5), kaempferol (6), quercetin (7), ethyl 2-hydroxymethyl- ), 7β-hydroxysterol (9), β-sitosterol (10), ethyl p-hydroxybenzoate (11), p-methoxybenzoic acid (12) and p-hydroxybenzoic acid (13). Conclusions Compounds 5 and 8 were isolated from the genus Ursis for the first time. Compounds 1 to 4, 7, 9 and 11 to 13 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
