由于国内外环境的变化,中国家族企业面临着如何在保持现有优势基础上探索新的创业机会的挑战,为回答这一问题,一场以“战略创业与家族企业持续成长”为主题的国际学术研讨会适时于杭州召开。本届年会围绕着家族企业非经济目标的内涵和影响、家族企业战略创业行为、创业环境与家族企业关系等几个议题展开了深入的研讨,这些研讨表现出了理论视角收敛、研究方法多样和研究水平提高等特点,研讨会为增进对中国家族企业战略创业的认识、发展中国情景的家族企业理论产生了积极的影响。
Due to changes in the environment at home and abroad, Chinese family businesses are faced with the challenge of exploring new business opportunities based on their existing advantages. To answer this question, a theme of “strategic entrepreneurship and the continued growth of family businesses” The international academic seminar was held in Hangzhou timely. This year’s conference focused on the connotation and influence of non-economic goals of family businesses, the strategic entrepreneurial behavior of family businesses, and the relationship between entrepreneurial environment and family-owned companies. These seminars demonstrated a convergence of theoretical perspectives and diverse research methods. With the improvement of the research level and other characteristics, the seminar has had a positive impact on the promotion of the understanding of the strategic entrepreneurship of Chinese family businesses and the development of China’s family business theory.
