盼望已久的《森林法》终于颁布了。在新《森林法》生效的时候,回顾《森林法》试行以来,我区林业建设所取得的成就,使人无不为之欢欣、鼓午。特别是护林防火工作,近几年有了较大发展,其组织规模、基本建设,是建国以后任何一个时期都不能比拟的。 试行的《森林法》颁布后,在短短的两年内,全区七个地(州),五十多个林区县,先后成立了护林防火指挥部,健全了机构。在各级党、政部门直接领导下,各级护林机构认真贯彻试行的《森林法》和护林政策,配合公、检、法部门,积极开展护林防火工作。80％以上的林区县建立健全了群众性
The long-awaited Forest Law was finally promulgated.
