本文以286名小学生为对象,观察通过食用课问加餐数年后学龄儿童体格发育状况、贫血患病率和微量元素锌,铜营养水平。结果表明,80%学龄儿童身高,体重在正常水平以上,而17.9%儿童体重偏低,贫血患病率为1.75%(Hb<110g/L),正常儿童中发锌值低于110ppm 者占8.5%。膳食中营养素不平衡,维生素 A、B_2、钙等摄入不足,热能、蛋白质摄入偏低。而脂肪热比达32%,学龄儿童肥胖检出率已达3.57%。说明长期不间断实行课间加餐对儿童生长发育确有益处,特别是目前课间加餐对大多数儿童仍属必要,但加餐食品营养成分应针对儿童营养水平给予全价的或低热能、无热能而含有维生索 A、B_2、钙、锌的食品。
