《义务教育体育与健康课程标准(2011年版)》(以下简称《课标》)指出:“学习目标是课程目标的具体描述和体现,是指学生通过《体育与健康》课程的学习,在‘运动参与、运动技能、身体健康、心理健康与社会适应’四个学习方面,最终达成的学习结果”。如何科学、合理地设置学习目标?笔者认为,首先要遵循3个原则:1.以课程目标为宗旨;2.遵循学生身心发展规律;3.符合具体教学实际;其次要把握住4个注意点:1.在目标多元的基础上有所侧重;2.目标有指向性和针对性;3.目标难度适宜;4.目标具有可观测性。总之,学习目标引领课堂教学,是一节课的灵魂。只有全面理解学习目标的内涵,科学地设置学习目标,才能促进学生更好地学习和掌握运动技能,全面提高体育课堂的效率。

The target is appropriate; 4. The target is observable. In short, learning objectives lead classroom teaching is the soul of a lesson. Only by fully understanding the connotation of learning objectives and setting learning objectives scientifically can we promote students’ better learning and mastery of motor skills and improve the overall efficiency of physical education.
