LS_(PB)是一种新型的闪烁液,其特点为溶剂是煤油,闪烁体用量也大大减少,比LS二甲苯闪烁液毒性小,价格低廉。用它作睾酮的放射免疫测定,其灵敏度为12pg,批内测定误差为10%,批间误差为11.7%,方法回收率为101%,非特异性结合率为1.9%,与LS二甲苯闪烁液相近。用两种闪烁液同时测定57例病人睾酮水平,结果无显著性差异并有十分显著相关性。实验证明用LS_(PB)完全能代替LS二甲苯用于睾酮的放射免疫测定井具有安全、经济、效果好等优点。对于计数效率稍低于LS二甲苯则值得进一步研究。
LS_ (PB) is a new type of scintillation fluid characterized by a kerosene solvent and a greatly reduced amount of scintillator, which is less toxic and less expensive than LS Xylene scintillation liquid. It was used as a radioimmunoassay for testosterone with a sensitivity of 12 pg. The in-assay error was 10%, the inter-assay error was 11.7%, the method recovery was 101% and the nonspecific binding rate was 1.9% similar. 57 patients with two scintillation fluid testosterone levels at the same time, the results were no significant difference and have a very significant correlation. Experiments show that with LS_ (PB) can completely replace the LS xylene for testosterone radioimmunoassay wells with safety, economy, good effect and so on. For counting efficiency slightly lower than LS xylene is worth further study.
