基于前期的文献和理论分析、常人方法学研究、关键事件访谈、扎根理论研究,发现教学专长由知识结构、教学能力和专业发展能动性三个方面构成,并编制了中小学教师教学专长量表。采用分层整群抽样对两省各一市的40所中小学校的教师进行调查。对调查数据的验证性因素分析结果显示,教师专长的三维结构模型各项拟合指数均达到良好指标要求,各维度及总量表的信度均在0.80以上。教师专长的三维结构得到了实证数据的支持。教学专长量表能够有效区分新手教师和专家教师。
Based on the previous literature and theoretical analysis, research on common people’s methodology, interviews with key events and grounded theory, we found that teaching expertise consists of three aspects: knowledge structure, teaching ability and professional development. A teaching scale for primary and secondary school teachers is also compiled. Stratified cluster sampling was used to investigate teachers from 40 primary and secondary schools in cities and one province in the two provinces. The confirmatory factor analysis of the survey data shows that the fitting index of the three-dimensional structural model of teachers’ specialty meet the requirements of good indicators, and the reliability of each dimension and the total scale are above 0.80. The three-dimensional structure of teacher’s specialty is supported by empirical data. Teaching expertise scales can effectively distinguish novice teachers and expert teachers.
