国民经济核算主要是GDP的核算,而GDP作为衡量一国或地区整体经济实力和经济发展速度的主要指标,当前国际上通用的是SNA核算体系,然而随着社会主义市场经济体制的建立,传统GDP已经远远不能反映我国经济社会发展的真实水平。本文从可持续发展的角度综合SNA、SSDS、SEEA之精华对我国建立绿色GDP核算体系试图做一些初步性的探讨。 While the national economy accounts mainly for the accounting of GDP, GDP is the main indicator for measuring the overall economic strength and the speed of economic development in a country or region. Currently, the SNA accounting system is commonly used in the world. However, with the establishment of a socialist market economic system, the traditional GDP has far failed to reflect the true level of China’s economic and social development. This article tries to do some tentative discussions on the establishment of a green GDP accounting system in our country from the perspective of sustainable development by combining the best of SNA, SSDS and SEEA.
