探讨解决缝线固定术后人工晶体倾斜的方法。方法 :选用板状襻的四个角各有一个小孔的可折叠式人工晶体 ,用聚丙烯缝线将其四个角均固定在睫状沟处的巩膜上。结果 :12例 ( 12眼 )病例中 ,8例矫视力为 1.0或更好 ,另 4例矫正视力也在 0 .5或以上 ,所有人工晶体均未见明显倾斜。较突出的并发症是术后初期虹膜、睫状体出血 ,但均能自行吸收。结论 :四点式固定法能较好地解决缝线固定术后人工晶体倾斜的问题
To discuss the method to solve the tilting of intraocular lens after suture fixation. Methods: Folding intraocular lenses with a small hole at each of the four corners of plate 襻 were selected. The four corners of the plate were fixed on the sclera at the ciliary sulcus with polypropylene suture. Results: Among the 12 cases (12 eyes), 8 cases had a corrective power of 1.0 or better, and the other 4 cases had a corrected visual acuity of 0.5 or above. All intraocular lenses showed no obvious tilt. The more prominent complication is the early postoperative iris, ciliary body hemorrhage, but both self-absorption. Conclusion: The four-point fixation method can solve the problem of artificial lens tilting after suture fixation
