目的:探讨上皮性卵巢癌组织异位β-HCG基因和蛋白表达及其临床意义。方法:分别用逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)、免疫组化(IHC)和放射免疫测定(RIA)方法检测上皮性卵巢癌细胞β-HCG基因和蛋白表达及癌组织培养上清和腹水中的β-HCG的浓度。结果:12例上皮性卵巢癌β-HCG基因表达全部阳性(100%)。7例免疫组化β-HCG蛋白阳性(58.3%)。培养上清和腹水中β-HCG平均浓度分别为0.586U/L和1.638U/L。结论:上皮性卵巢癌组织异位β-HCG的表达频率很高,β-HCG可以作为该肿瘤的标记物,RT-PCR方法的特异性,敏感性较高。
Objective: To investigate the expression of ectopic β-HCG gene and protein in epithelial ovarian cancer and its clinical significance. Methods: The mRNA and protein expression of β-HCG in epithelial ovarian cancer cells and the culture supernatants and ascites of cancer tissue were detected by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and radioimmunoassay (RIA) In the concentration of β-HCG. Results: The β-HCG gene expression was all positive in 12 cases of epithelial ovarian cancer (100%). Seven cases of immunohistochemical β-HCG protein positive (58.3%). The average concentrations of β-HCG in culture supernatants and ascites were 0.586U / L and 1.638U / L, respectively. CONCLUSION: The expression of ectopic β-HCG in epithelial ovarian cancer is very high. Β-HCG can be used as a marker of this tumor. The specificity and sensitivity of RT-PCR are high.
