目的观察三联活菌片联合高频短时蓝光照射对新生儿黄疸血清转铁蛋白(TRF)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平的影响。方法将200例新生儿黄疸患儿随机分为试验组和对照组各100例,对照组采取基础治疗联合三联活菌片治疗,试验组在对照组基础上联合高频短时蓝光治疗。分别在2组患者治疗前后检测并比较血清TRF、CRP水平。结果治疗前2组血清TRF、CRP水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后2组血清TRF水平明显升高,血清CRP水平明显下降,且试验组波动幅度大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论三联活菌片联合高频短时蓝光照射对新生儿黄疸进行治疗,能有效的降低血清CRP水平和升高血清TRF水平,疗效较好,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the effect of triple live bacilli combined with high-frequency short-term blue light on levels of serum transferrin (TRF) and C-reactive protein (CRP) in neonates with jaundice. Methods 200 cases of neonatal jaundice were randomly divided into experimental group and control group of 100 cases, the control group to take basic treatment combined with triple live bacteria tablets treatment group on the basis of the control group combined with high frequency short-term blue light treatment. Serum levels of TRF and CRP were detected and compared before and after treatment in two groups. Results There was no significant difference in serum TRF and CRP levels between the two groups before treatment (P> 0.05). After treatment, serum TRF levels were significantly increased and serum CRP levels were significantly decreased in the two groups, and the fluctuation range of the experimental group was greater than that of the control group Statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusions The combination of viable TEFL and high-frequency short-term blue light irradiation for the treatment of neonatal jaundice can effectively reduce serum CRP level and increase serum TRF level, which has a good curative effect and is worthy of clinical application.
