本文用交流电桥法对铝阳极氧化膜的感湿特性、频率特性、响应特性和抗老化特性进行了研究.结果表明:多孔铝阳极氧化膜具有良好的感湿特性,膜导纳与相对湿度呈半对数关系;膜导纳对湿度的响应速度随膜厚的增加而减小;膜导纳与测量频率有关,低频区的导纳变化率大于高频区,膜的电阻和电容均随频率的增加而减小;多孔铝阳极氧化膜易老化,在大气中久置后感湿性能下降.
