目的:对潮汕地区常见的虎耳草、猫须草、石橄榄、金钱草、蛇尾草进行抗菌活性筛选。方法:提取5种中草药的醇、水提物,用不同溶剂萃取虎耳草醇提物,二倍稀释法测定各种提取物对铜绿假单胞菌、大肠埃希菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。抑菌圈试验测定提取物的抑菌圈。结果:石橄榄和猫须草水提物对金黄色葡萄球菌的MIC分别为10.0和9.5 mg/m L;虎耳草正丁醇提取物对铜绿假单胞菌的MIC为5.0 mg/m L。虎耳草醇提物对铜绿假单胞菌的抑菌圈为24mm。结论:石橄榄和猫须草水提物对金黄色葡萄球菌有一定抑菌作用,虎耳草醇提物对铜绿假单胞菌有较好的抑菌作用,其中虎耳草正丁醇提取物对铜绿假单胞菌抑菌作用最强。
OBJECTIVE: To screen antibacterial activity of common saxifrage, cat mustard, stone olive, money grass, and tailed madder in Chaoshan area. Methods: Alcohol and water extract of five kinds of Chinese herbal medicines were extracted. The alcohol extract of Saxifraga sativa was extracted with different solvents, and the effects of various extracts on Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus Minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC). Inhibitory zone test to determine the inhibition zone of the extract. Results: The MICs of Staphylococcus auricula and Catharomychus aureus to Staphylococcus aureus were 10.0 and 9.5 mg / m L, respectively. The MICs of n-butanol extracts of Scutellariae to Pseudomonas aeruginosa were 5.0 mg / m L . Sole leaf alcohol extract of Pseudomonas aeruginosa inhibition zone was 24mm. CONCLUSION: The water extracts of Lithocarpus glaber and Cynanchum tendons have a certain bacteriostatic effect on Staphylococcus aureus, and the alcohol extracts of Saxifragaceae have better antibacterial activity against Pseudomonas aeruginosa, The most potent antibacterial activity against Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
