目的:研究药用植物小叶丁香的苷类化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱,Toyopearl HW-40C,Sephadex LH-20等多种柱色谱分离,制备高效液相色谱对有效部位进行分离、纯化,根据波谱数据分析鉴定化合物结构。结果:从小叶丁香的乙酸乙酯和正丁醇层分离得到8个糖苷类化合物,分别鉴定为橄榄苦苷(oleuropein,1),(8Z)-ligstroside(2),10-hrdroxyoleosidedimethyl ester(3),grandifloroside(4),松果菊苷(echinacoside,5),类叶升麻苷(verbascoside,6),异类叶升麻苷(isoverbascoside,7),连翘酯苷B(forsythoside B,8)。结论:化合物2~8为首次从中小叶丁香中分离得到的化合物,其中化合物3~4为首次从丁香属中分离得到的化合物。
Objective: To study the glycosides of medicinal plant Lilium. Methods: Separation and purification of effective fractions were carried out by column chromatography on silica gel, Toyopearl HW-40C, Sephadex LH-20 and so on. The structures of the compounds were identified by spectroscopic analysis. Results: Eight glycosides were isolated from the ethyl acetate and n-butanol layers of clove leaf and identified as oleuropein (1), (8Z) -ligstroside (2), 10-hrdroxyoleosidedimethyl ester grandifloroside (4), echinacoside (5), verbascoside (6), isoverbascoside (7), forsythoside B (8). CONCLUSION: Compounds 2 ~ 8 are the first compounds isolated from the genus Cilum, and compounds 3 ~ 4 are the first compounds isolated from Syringa.
