目的探讨产前母乳喂养健康教育干预对初产妇母乳喂养自我效能的影响。方法将80例初产妇随机分为干预组和对照组,干预组在产科常规护理项目之余,于产前进行为期六个月的产前母乳喂养健康教育干预,对照组进行常规产科护理和传统方法健康教育,比较两组产妇母乳喂养自我效能评分及纯母乳喂养率。结果干预组与对照组在产后第1周、第4个月在母乳喂养自我效能均值、纯母乳喂养比例均有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论产前母乳喂养健康教育干预使初产妇母乳喂养自我效能有显著提高,能缓解纯母乳喂养比例的下降趋势。
Objective To investigate the effect of prenatal breast-feeding health education intervention on the self-efficacy of breastfeeding of primipara. Methods 80 cases of primiparous women were randomly divided into intervention group and control group. The intervention group received routine health education intervention of prenatal breast-feeding for six months during prenatal routine nursing. The control group received routine obstetric care and tradition Methods of health education, maternal breastfeeding self-efficacy score and exclusive breastfeeding rate in two groups were compared. Results The average self-efficacy of breast-feeding and the proportion of exclusive breastfeeding in the first and fourth month after delivery were significantly different between the intervention group and the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The prenatal breast-feeding health education intervention improves the breast-feeding self-efficacy of primiparous women and alleviates the declining trend of the proportion of exclusive breastfeeding.
