在中国文化背景下,男女两性员工在职业生涯中遵循不同的发展轨迹,研究二者在获取职业生涯成功过程中组织政治行为的呈现形式及影响因素差异具有重要的理论和实践价值。本文基于SPSS、LISREL统计分析,以企业单位员工为调查对象,考察了包括普通员工、基层管理人员、中高层管理人员在内的男女各自组织政治行为的呈现形式及影响因素,结果发现:12.3%的被试者会主动实施组织政治行为,总体呈现出低水平的组织政治行为倾向,但男性员工组织政治行为实施频率较女性更高;在具体呈现形式中,男女在实施印象管理类组织政治行为上存在显著差异;组织政治行为实施的影响因素按程度大小排列依次为个体特征因素、组织工作因素、社会环境因素。
Under the background of Chinese culture, men and women and their sex workers follow different development paths in their careers. It is of great theoretical and practical value to study the differences in the forms and influencing factors of the organization’s political behaviors during the success of their careers. Based on the statistic analysis of SPSS and LISREL, taking the enterprise employees as the investigation object, this paper examines the forms and the influencing factors of the political behavior of the male and female organizations, including ordinary employees, grass-roots managers and middle-level managers. It finds that 12.3% Of the respondents will take the initiative to implement the organizational political behavior, showing a low level of overall organizational political behavior, but the implementation of male staff organizational political behavior is more frequent than women; in specific forms of presentation, men and women in the implementation of the political organization of impression management organizations There are significant differences; the influencing factors of the implementation of organizational political behavior according to the degree of order of individual characteristics, organizational work factors, social and environmental factors.
