新加坡和中国香港在社会管理、经济发展、人才使用各方面都具有一些经验。在提升社会公共服务水平方面,新加坡政府根据经济社会发展的不同阶段不断创建政府部门,培育高素质的公务人员,鼓励公务人员用企业思维创新组织结构和工作程序。目前我们面临创建社会创新法定机构的迫切需求,文章提出了创建总管社会创新的法定机构的基本思路,以期使深圳能够通过社会建设的能力,配合、牵引经济建设发展,提高深圳市居民的获得感和幸福度。
Singapore and Hong Kong, China have some experience in social management, economic development and talent use. In raising the standard of public services, the Singapore government has continuously created government departments in accordance with the different stages of economic and social development, nurtured high-quality public servants and encouraged civil servants to use their thinking to innovate their organizational structure and working procedures. At present, we are faced with the urgent need of creating a statutory body for social innovation. The article proposes the basic idea of creating a statutory body that manages social innovation in a bid to enable Shenzhen to enhance its ability to gain social support through building social development, And happiness.
