用微弧氧化的方法,用碱性电解质体系在AZ91D镁合金基体上获得了颜色均匀、致密性好的绿色陶瓷层。研究了电解质浓度、氧化电压、膜厚和粗糙度对陶瓷膜层质量的影响。结果表明:试样在以Na2SiO3为主盐的电解质中分别加入两种不同着色盐皆能得到性能良好的绿色陶瓷膜,在点滴试验中陶瓷膜的耐腐蚀时间均超过40 min。其中着色盐浓度对膜层颜色影响较大,氧化电压对膜层颜色影响则趋于平缓。通过比较发现,绿色膜在低着色盐浓度下膜层表面质量最好。
By using micro-arc oxidation method, a green ceramic layer with uniform color and compactness was obtained on the AZ91D magnesium alloy substrate with alkaline electrolyte system. The effects of electrolyte concentration, oxidation voltage, film thickness and roughness on the quality of ceramic coatings were investigated. The results show that the green ceramic membrane with good performance can be obtained by adding two different coloring salts respectively to the electrolyte with Na2SiO3 as the main salt, and the corrosion resistance time of the ceramic membrane is more than 40 min in the drop test. The coloring salt concentration has a great influence on the color of the film, and the influence of the oxidation voltage on the color of the film tends to be gentle. By comparison, it is found that the green film has the best surface quality at low colored salt concentration.
