结合实际教学经验，就如何提高学生的兴趣，提高教学的效果展开探讨，说明了就业指导课程教学过程中存在的实际问题，分析了导致这些问题的原因，并提出了一些解决策略。这些解决策略用于就业指导课程中，需要一些客观的实施基础，应综合运用多种方式来提高学生的兴趣，才能达到较好的教学效果。
