采用ＲＰ－ＨＰＬＣ方法对黄花乌头Ａｃｏｎｉｔｕｍｃｏｒｅａｎｕｍ抗心律失常有效成分关附甲素的含量进行了测定。实验采用Ｃ１８柱，以乙腈－磷酸三乙胺缓冲液为流上，检测波长２０８ｎｍ，以外标法定量，为合理有效地利用药物资源提供了参考。

：
