针对多目标柔性工艺规划和调度集成问题,提出基于免疫遗传算法的多目标柔性工艺与调度集成求解方法。首先建立多目标柔性工艺规划和调度集成模型;引入决策者的模糊偏好信息实现对多个优化目标的决策;提出了基于自适应策略的免疫遗传算法,通过实例验证了方法的有效性,并与遗传算法和免疫遗传算法进行对比分析证明了方法的优越性。
In order to solve the integration problem of multi-objective flexible process planning and scheduling, a multi-objective flexible process and scheduling integrated solution method based on immune genetic algorithm is proposed. Firstly, an integrated model of multi-objective flexible process planning and scheduling is established. The decision maker’s fuzzy preference information is introduced to realize the decision of multiple optimization objectives. An immune genetic algorithm based on adaptive strategy is proposed. The effectiveness of the method is verified by an example. Genetic algorithm and immune genetic algorithm for comparative analysis proved the superiority of the method.
