本文对文献中提出串级实验模拟多级逆流萃取的实验室方法中的排级比(串级排数/级数)进行了分析,以丙酮(A)-氯仿(B)-水(S)三元物系串级实验图为例,利用Aspen Plus模拟软件对其进行模拟。结果表明:模拟实验排数达到级数三倍以上能达到稳定的浓度值,与实验经验相吻合。其结果为进一步工业化试验提供了理论依据。
In this paper, the rank ratio (cascade number of rows / series) in the laboratory method of cascade experimental simulation of multi-stage countercurrent extraction was proposed in this paper. As an example, the ternary system cascade experimental chart is simulated with Aspen Plus simulation software. The results show that the number of experimental rows can reach a stable concentration of more than three times the number of stages, which is in good agreement with experimental experience. The results provide a theoretical basis for further industrialization experiments.
