在南水北调中线工程中,为确保引水质量,一般明渠难以实现,必须使用渡槽或隧洞,其输水路线不与任何水系交融,全封闭、全立交,成为一条货真价实的“水桥”。许多大型渡槽工程要跨越河渠、溪谷、洼地、铁路,成为工程中一道亮丽的风景线。2012年3月,我应邀参加三套大型渡槽重大技术装备研制成果鉴定会。一年间,中国水利报在南水北调专栏中做过多次相关报道,拜读之际深感欣慰。今年是国务院“110号文件”颁布三十周年。三十年来,我有幸参加了国家多项重点工程建设中的重大技术装备的研制与国产化工作。在国家“十五”重大技术装备研发计划中,就包含涉及
In the midline project of South-to-North Water Diversion, in order to ensure water diversion quality, it is generally difficult to realize the open channel. Aqueducts or tunnels must be used.
