研究了用5′-硝基水杨基荧光酮(NSAF)分光光度法测定水泥中微量Ti()。在硫酸介质中,表面活性剂CTMAB作用下,5′-硝基水杨基荧光酮与钛发生灵敏的显色反应,生成红色配合物,最大吸收波长为546nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.93×105L.mol-1.cm-1,Ti()含量在0.4—2.4μg/25mL范围内符合比耳定律,线性回归方程为A=0.03158+0.1455C(μg/25mL)。对于溶液中的一些共存离子,在抗坏血酸的掩蔽下均不干扰测定。方法简便,灵敏,可以不需分离,直接测定水泥中微量钛的含量,结果令人满意。
The determination of Ti (Ⅵ) in cement by spectrophotometry with 5’-nitro salicylfluorone (NSAF) was studied. In the sulfuric acid medium, the surfactant CTMAB under the action of 5’-nitro salicylfluorone and titanium sensitive color reaction to generate red complex, the maximum absorption wavelength of 546nm, the apparent molar absorption coefficient of 1.93 × Beer’s law was obeyed with the content of Ti () in the range of 0.4-2.4μg / 25mL, and the linear regression equation was A = 0.03158 + 0.1455C (μg / 25mL). For some coexisting ions in solution, no interference was detected under the masking of ascorbic acid. The method is simple and sensitive, and can be used for direct determination of trace titanium in cement without any separation. The result is satisfactory.
