目的:探讨城市孕妇出生缺陷一级预防知识的掌握和获取途径情况,为推进出生缺陷一级预防知识宣传教育工作提供科学依据。方法:选取四川省8个地区的城市孕妇1 057名,采取广义估计方程分析获取知识的途径,探讨知识获取途径、知识掌握水平和教育经历的关系。结果:城市孕妇学历主要为高中和大专,研究对象的风险预防知识维度掌握情况较好,叶酸增补和生育史方面知识认知不足;选择培训讲座、宣传手册或咨询医生途径获取知识的人群,其优生知识水平较高;不同学历人群获取知识的途径比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:组织多学科、多领域的专家队伍与有关单位合作开展科普培训可拓展宣教途径,加强优生队伍建设,提高出生缺陷一级预防知识水平。
Objective: To investigate the grasping and obtaining ways of primary prevention knowledge of birth defects in urban pregnant women, and to provide a scientific basis for promoting the propaganda and education of primary prevention knowledge of birth defects. Methods: A total of 1 057 pregnant women in urban areas of 8 districts of Sichuan Province were selected. The generalized estimation equation was used to analyze the ways of obtaining knowledge and the relationship between the ways of knowledge acquisition, knowledge mastery and education experience. Results: The city maternal education mainly for high school and college, research subjects risk prevention knowledge to grasp the better dimensions, knowledge of folic acid supplementation and reproductive history of cognitive deficiencies; choose to train lectures, brochures or consult the doctor to obtain knowledge of the crowd, its The level of knowledge of eugenics is higher. There are significant differences in the ways of acquiring knowledge among different educational levels (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: It is suggested that the cooperation of experts and teams in multidisciplinary and multi-disciplinary fields with relevant agencies in developing popular science education can broaden the channels of education, strengthen the team building of eugenics and improve the level of prevention knowledge of primary birth defects.
