我们将优卡牙胶用于临床,并进行一些实验研究,现报道如下: 1 材料和方法 1.1 临床部分 1987年以来,我们用优卡牙胶(EP)一次法根管充填883个牙,3年后共复查231个牙,并以我院自1979～1984年中,用丁香油氧化锌水门汀糊剂加牙胶尖(ZOP)一次法根管充填的381个牙的3年临床疗效比较。 1.1.1 适应证 牙髓坏死,坏疽,各类尖周病。 1.1.2 操作方法 涡轮机高速开髓,常规扩大和清理根管,用氯化苏打液、3％过氧化氢液和生理盐水交替冲洗根管,棉捻吸干后分别用优卡牙胶加牙胶尖,丁香油氧化锌水门汀加牙胶尖充填根管。术前、术后常规x线照片。
