新齿标“JB 179-81”规定:齿形误差在齿顶或齿根处偏向齿体内,国产锥面砂轮磨齿机,只能磨标准渐开线。其理论齿形误差为直线,在齿顶或齿根的实际误差偏内或偏外,各占一半。故按新标准检验时,磨齿不合格率可能占一半,而成为生产的关键。对一般齿轮,迫切需要找到一种稳定磨出2~3微米凸形齿的措施。生产实践也证明,采用修缘齿形、挖根齿形、凸齿形,可以提高传动质量,减少振动和噪声,但也迫切需要解决修缘齿形的磨齿。
