保温冷却方式对制备陶瓷内衬煤粉喷枪的影响

采用自蔓延铝热重力分离法制备了陶瓷内衬煤粉喷枪,并研究了不同保温冷却方式对制备过程的影响。试验表明,传导吸热对SHS反应速度的影响要比辐射散热更明显:冷砂保温冷却方式是制备有一定厚度的致密的陶瓷内衬喷枪的最佳工艺。 A ceramic lined coal powder spray gun was prepared by self-propagating aluminum thermal-gravimetric separation method and the effect of different insulation cooling methods on the preparation process was studied. The experiment shows that the conduction heat absorption has a more obvious influence on the reaction rate of SHS than that of radiant heat. The cooling and cooling method of cold sand is the best process for preparing a dense ceramic-lined spray gun with a certain thickness.
