结构绝缘板是采用秸秆板或定向结构板作为结构面板,粘结于绝缘泡沫芯材两侧而形成的夹芯板结构,具有良好的节能环保特性。采用真空槽对不同厚度组合的结构绝缘板进行均布荷载下试验,得到材料特性和其相应的荷载-挠度曲线,为结构绝缘板理论分析和计算公式的获得创造条件。 Structural insulation board is the use of straw board or directional structure board as a structural panel, bonded to both sides of the insulating foam core formed sandwich structure, with good energy saving and environmental features. The vacuum slot was used to test the structural insulation boards with different thickness combinations under uniform load. The material properties and the corresponding load-deflection curves were obtained, which provided the conditions for the theoretical analysis and calculation of structural insulation boards.
