实验在12只大马蹄蝠(Hipposiderous)上进行。用常规电生理学方法研究了电刺激听皮层对下丘212个神经元的听反应的影响,结果表明,有32个(占15.10%)神经元的听反应被抑制,19个(占8.96%)神经元的听反应被易化。抑制或易化性影响改变了部分下丘听神经元对声刺激强度的编码类型。抑制性影响使下丘听神经元的频率调谐曲线变窄,听空间反应区域缩小,易化性影响与之相反。在神经元的反应中心,抑制或易化的百分比最低,远离反应中心,抑制或易化的百分比提高
Experiments were performed on 12 Hipposiderous. The effects of electrical stimulation of auditory cortex on the auditory response of 212 neurons in the inferior colliculus were studied by conventional electrophysiological methods. The results showed that the hearing responses of 32 neurons (15.10%) were inhibited and 19 (8 .96%) Neuronal responses are facilitated. Inhibition or facilitation effects alter the type of coding of the intensity of acoustic stimulation in part of the hypothalamic auditory neurons. Inhibitory effect of the hypothalamus neurons to narrow the frequency tuning curve to listen to the spatial response to narrow the area, the impact of ease and vice versa. In neuronal reaction centers, the percentage of inhibition or facilitation is lowest, away from the reaction center, and the percentage of inhibition or facilitation is increased
