目的探讨护理专业课教学中融入人文关怀教育(即微笑教学)的效果。方法随机抽取两个班作为研究对象,分为对照组和实验组。对照组采用传统的教师示教—学生练习—教师指导方式进行教学;实验组在传统教学的基础上,结合中职护生人文关怀能力培养目标,融入微笑教学。干预结束后应用护生人文关怀能力量表和自行设计的调查问卷评价教学效果。结果干预后实验组护生人文关怀能力明显强于对照组(P<0.01),实验组护生对护理专业课教学中融入人文关怀的教学模式给予较高评价。结论在护理专业课教学中融入人文关怀教育,有助于提高护生人文关怀意识,增强护生人文关怀能力。
Objective To explore the effect of integrating humanistic care education (ie, teaching of smiling) into the teaching of nursing specialty. Methods Two classes were randomly selected as the research object and divided into control group and experimental group. In the control group, the traditional teacher teaching-student practice-teacher instruction was used for teaching. On the basis of traditional teaching, the experimental group combined with the training goal of humane care ability of nursing students in middle school and integrated into the teaching of smiling. After the intervention, the humanistic care ability scale of nursing students and the self-designed questionnaire were used to evaluate the teaching effect. Results After intervention, the humanistic care ability of nursing students in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.01). The nursing students in experimental group gave higher evaluation to the teaching mode of integrating humanistic care into the teaching of nursing specialty. Conclusion The integration of humane care education into the teaching of nursing major helps to raise the awareness of nursing care students and enhance the care of students.
