对19例有晕厥史伴直立倾斜试验(HUT)阳性和15例正常人HUT时心率,血压的变化及对异丙肾上腺素(ISO)反应进行对比研究。结果显示:血管迷走性晕厥患者存在外周容量血管的病理生理改变,是引起晕厥或晕厥样症状的始发原因。直立时由于较多血液淤积在外周容量血管,回心血量减少更明显,引起较强交感神经兴奋。长期较强交感神经兴奋,造成了对静滴ISO反应低下。
The changes of heart rate, blood pressure and isoproterenol (ISO) response in 19 patients with syncope history and positive tilt test (HUT) positive and 15 normal subjects were compared. The results showed that there were pathophysiological changes of peripheral volume vessels in patients with vasovagal syncope and the origin of syncope or syncope-like symptoms. Upright due to more blood deposition in the peripheral volume of blood vessels, back to the blood volume decreased more significantly, causing a strong sympathetic excitement. Sympathetic nerves long-term strong excitement, resulting in low intravenous infusion of ISO.
