十多年来,我国企业文化建设取得显著成就,涌现出一批企业文化建设的优秀企业。然而,由于对企业文化建设的中国特色问题研究不够,缺乏明确的指导思想和操作方法,许多企业的企业文化建设缺乏中国特色,生搬硬套,流于形式,很不适应把建设有中国特色社会主义事业全面推向二十一世纪的时代要求。实践证明,我国的企业文化建设具有了鲜明的中国特色,才能真正在我国企业中生根、开花、结果。那么,什么是企业文化建设的中国特色呢?我认为:
