昆明市规划局日前公布了《昆明城市建筑色彩控制导则(试行)》(以下简称《导则》)。昆明城市规划和建城区范围内,新建居住建筑墙面主色调推荐采用浅黄色系,工业建筑外立面建筑主色调宜采用浅灰色系。此外,历史文化街区、历史地段、文物或历史建筑的协调区范围内,建筑色彩应与其所在保护区内的历史建筑色彩相一致。临滇池周边的湖滨区域为建筑色彩控制区,居住建筑色彩应采用《导则》 Kunming Planning Bureau recently announced “Kunming City Building Color Control Guidelines (Trial)” (hereinafter referred to as the “Guide”).
