在铝合金轮毂结构工艺性分析的基础上,针对直接冲头挤压铸造的铝合金轮毂易出现缩孔和缩松等缺陷的问题,对挤压铸造工艺过程进行了试验研究。结果表明,采用浮动阴模挤压铸造工艺制造可避免铝合金轮毂缩孔和缩松等缺陷。
Based on the analysis of the technological process of the aluminum alloy wheel hub structure, the defects of shrinkage cavity and shrinkage easily appear in the aluminum alloy wheel hub of direct punch extrusion. The extrusion die casting process is studied. The results show that the use of floating die extrusion casting process can avoid aluminum alloy shrinkage and shrinkage shrinkage and other defects.
