现在世界上许多国家都在进行减少对石油依赖的“能源开发转换”的研究工作,其中对煤炭寄予了很大的希望。因此,如何降低煤炭海上运输成本,就成了产煤国家及能源贫乏国家当前的重大研究课题之一。本文以产煤国的中国为例,应用最优化方法,以所需贷运费率RFR为评价指标,探讨了浅吃水型煤炭运输船、常规型煤炭运输船、海上顶推船组等三种运输系统的经济性。最后指明了在何种条件下,选用何种运输系统为最优,并给出了相应船队的最佳构成及有关技术问题。
Many countries in the world are now conducting research to reduce the “energy conversion” of dependence on oil. Among them, great hopes have been placed on coal. Therefore, how to reduce the cost of maritime transportation of coal has become one of the major research topics in coal producing countries and energy-poor countries. In this paper, China as an example coal-producing countries, the application of optimization methods, the required loan rate RFR as the evaluation index to explore the shallow draft coal transport ship, conventional coal transport ship, System economy. Finally, it indicates the conditions under which the transportation system is the best and gives the best composition of the corresponding fleet and related technical problems.
