选取滇东南岩溶贫困山区典型村寨社区作为案例 ,采用生态经济系统的观点 ,经实地调查分别研究分析系统的生产力与农户家庭经济收入 ,系统的稳定性与农户的投入产出 ,系统的均衡性与自身的发展能力以及系统的多样性与政府扶贫项目等 4个方面的相互关联性 ,由此客观地确定社区的资源利用状况及致贫因子 ,重新审视政府扶贫项目的作用面和影响力 ,寻找重构社区资源可持续利用模式的可行方案并指出限制因素。探索符合岩溶地区现阶段农业经济系统状况实际 ,逐步向可持续发展方向过渡的社区资源利用模式 Taking the typical village communities in southeastern Karst mountainous areas of Yunnan as a case study and the ecological economic system as a case study, the field survey was conducted to study the relationship between the system productivity and household economic income, the stability of the system, the input and output of farmers, Its own ability to develop and the system diversity and the government poverty alleviation projects and other four aspects of the inter-related, thus objectively determine the community’s resource utilization and poverty factor, re-examine the government’s anti-poverty project’s role and influence, looking for Restructure options for sustainable use of community resources and identify constraints. Explore the pattern of community resource utilization in line with the reality of the agricultural economic system in the karst area and the gradual transition to the direction of sustainable development
