观察了17-β羟雌二醇(17-β-estradiol,E2)及其代谢产物2-羟雌酮(2-hydroxyestrone,2-OHE1)、2-羟雌二醇(2-hydroxyestradiol,2-OHE2)和多巴胺(dopamine,DA)受体激动剂piribedil对大鼠垂体前叶细胞(aneriorpituitarycells,APC)增殖的影响。结果表明:E2(10-6mol/L)可促进APC生长,A10-5mol/L的piribedil却可抑制APC的增殖活性。提前12h加入E2或2-OHE2、2-OHE2可抑制piribedil的效应,但E2对piribedil效应无明显影响。
The effects of 17-β-estradiol (E2) and its metabolites 2-hydroxyestrone (2-OHE1) and 2-hydroxyestradiol OHE2) and dopamine (DA) receptor agonist piribedil on the proliferation of rat anterior pituitary cells (APCs). The results showed that: E2 (10-6mol / L) can promote the growth of APC, A10-5mol / L of piribedil can inhibit APC proliferation activity. Addition of E2 or 2-OHE2,2-OHE2 12 h prior to injection inhibited piribedil’s effect, but E2 had no significant effect on piribedil.
