The management style of Indian business leaders is very unique. They usually attribute the company’s success to the employees’ active work attitude, unremitting efforts, and mutual awareness. They use the following four ways to motivate employees to cultivate such attitudes. I. Developing a sense of mission Indian business leaders have long been involved in social affairs and have actively provided community services and infrastructure investment.
