目的了解某医学院护理专业学生的饮食习惯及零食摄入情况,为提出有效的营养干预模式、指导大学生合理膳食提供理论依据。方法选取某医学院1 054名护理专业学生为调查对象,采用问卷调查的方法收集其膳食情况。结果经常吃早餐的同学占92.5%,但早餐质量好的仅占6.7%;同样午餐质量好的占10.2%,晚餐质量好的仅占9.9%。护理专业学生零食消费率为38.9%,最受学生喜欢的零食是水果,最喜欢的饮料是饮用水类。结论护理专业学生三餐饮食结构单一,质量较差,食用零食较普遍,而零食消费不合理。应加强学生营养饮食健康教育,培养学生建立科学的饮食习惯。
Objective To understand the eating habits and snack intake of nursing students in a medical college and to provide a theoretical basis for putting forward effective nutrition intervention model and guiding college students in their reasonable diet. Methods A total of 1 054 nursing students in a medical school were selected as the survey subjects, and their dietary conditions were collected by questionnaire. The results often eat breakfast accounted for 92.5% of students, but only 6.7% good breakfast quality; the same good quality lunch accounted for 10.2%, good quality dinner 9.9%. Nursing students snack consumption rate of 38.9%, most students like snacks are fruits, favorite drink is drinking water. Conclusion nursing students three meals a single diet structure, poor quality, consumption of snacks is more common, and snack consumption is not reasonable. Health education should be strengthened nutrition education of students, training students to establish a scientific diet.
