酰胺羧酸类化合物是性能优良的有机胺缓蚀剂,为了提高其溶解与阻垢性能,合成一种新型的高分子型酰胺羧酸水处理剂—聚N-马来酰甘氨酸,以高分子碳长链骨架取代传统酰胺羧酸缓蚀剂分子结构中憎水基团高级烷基.通过红外光谱(FT-IR)表征产物,化学需氧量测定法判断产品产率.考察了Ca2+、HCO3-、水处理剂浓度、温度以及时间对阻碳酸钙垢效果的影响,并研究了产品在已发生腐蚀系统中的缓蚀效果.结果表明,药品投加质量浓度为20 mg/L时,阻碳酸钙垢率为95.44%,相对于温度与过量碳酸氢根离子浓度,水处理剂浓度对阻垢性能的影响最大,其他水质条件发生变化时,确保水处理剂与钙离子质量浓度比高于1∶20即可保证所需的阻垢效果,有效阻垢时间大于10h.产品投加质量浓度为80 mg/L,缓蚀率为90.43%,在碳钢已发生腐蚀的条件下仍然有效.“,”Amide carboxylic acid compounds are excellent corrosion inhibitors.In order to improve the dissolution and scale inhibition performance,poly(N-maleyl glycine),a novel polymer amide carboxylic acid based water treatment agent,is synthesized,in which the hydrophobic higher alkyl groups in the molecular structure of traditional amide carboxylic acid corrosion inhibitor is replaced by polymer with long carbon chain skeleton.The product is characterized by infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR).The product yield is measured by COD assay.The effects of the concentrations of Ca2+,HCO3-and poly(N-maleyl glycine) water treatment agent,temperature and time on the scale inhibition against CaCO3 are investigated.The corrosion inhibition performance of the prepared poly (N-maleyl glycine) in the system that corrosion has happened already is also studied.The results show that the scale inhibition against CaCO3 is 95.44% when the concentration of poly(N-maleyl glycine) is 20 mg·L-1.Compared with temperature and excess HCO3-concentration,the concentration of poly(N-maleyl glycine) has a greater influence on scale inhibition performance.Regardless of changes in other water quality conditions,the required scale inhibition effect can be achieved as long as the concentration ratio between poly(N-maleyl glycine) and Ca2+ is higher than 1∶20.The effective scale inhibition period can exceed 10 h.The corrosion inhibition rate is 90.43% when the mass concentration of poly(N-maleyl glycine) is 80 mg·L-1,which will be effective even if apparent corrosion has already happened for carbon steel.
