The study of public relations in our country started in the early 1980s, as a branch of public relations science ─ ─ government public relations, started even later. Into the 90’s, our country still does not have a comprehensive and accurate discussion of government public relations books. However, due to the development of the socialist market economy, the reform of the institutions and the trial implementation of the civil service, all levels of government in China are in urgent need of a comprehensive and systematic review.
