在温室条件下,设置系列硼浓度营养液筛选和确定培养黄瓜植株硼的最适浓度和硼毒害临界浓度。通过对不同处理黄瓜植株的根长、叶面积和不同组织鲜、干重及硼、钾、钙、铁等元素的分析,结果表明:营养液最适硼浓度和硼毒害临界浓度分别为0.10mg·L~-1和0.50mg·L~-1。硼对于黄瓜植株产生毒害浓度可定为5~10mg·L~-1。适量硼可促进黄瓜植株对钾、钙、铁的吸收。硼毒害可能影响黄瓜植株细胞膜的透性。
Under greenhouse conditions, a series of boron concentration nutrient solution was set to screen and determine the optimum concentration of boron and the critical concentration of boron toxicity in cucumber plants. The results showed that the optimum concentration of boron and the critical concentration of boron poisoning were 0 for the different treatments of root length, leaf area, fresh and dry weight of different tissues, boron, potassium, calcium and iron. 10 mg · L ~ -1 and 0.50 mg · L ~ -1. Boron concentration of cucumber plants can be set at 5 ~ 10mg · L ~ -1. Appropriate amount of boron can promote cucumber plant potassium, calcium, iron absorption. Boron poisoning may affect the cell membrane permeability of cucumber plants.
