为掌握矿区社区居民健康状况及其有害健康的危险因素、查明社区卫生问题,为制定社区疾病控制策略与措施提供依据,为今后开展社区慢性病综合防治及其过程和效果评价提供本底资料,我院社区卫生服务中心于2009年9～10月首先对该社区进行社区诊断。
In order to grasp the health status of community residents and the risk factors of their harmfulness in health, identify the community health problems, provide the basis for formulating community disease control strategies and measures, provide the background information for the future comprehensive prevention and treatment of community chronic diseases and the evaluation of their effects and processes, Community Health Service Center in our hospital from September to October 2009 first community diagnosis of the community.
