工程教育的直接目标指向就是培养工程师,培养富有技能和竞争力的工程师和工业领袖。中国作为工程师队伍培养的大国,工程教育的质量仍然存在培养目标与社会、企业的要求、需求脱节,人才培养模式单一、工程教育内容陈旧、教师缺乏实践经验、工程实践实训的弱化等问题,使得我国工程教育体系中工程实践性、创新性严重缺失,进而严重影响工程师培养的质量。
The direct goal of engineering education is to train engineers and train highly skilled and competitive engineers and industry leaders. China, as a big country educated by engineering teams, still faces the problems of training objectives, social and business requirements, demand disconnection, single mode of personnel training, outdated engineering education contents, lack of practical experience of teachers and weakening of engineering practice training. Making our engineering education system engineering practice, a serious lack of innovation, thereby seriously affecting the quality of engineer training.
