工程教育的直接目标指向就是培养工程师,培养富有技能和竞争力的工程师和工业领袖。中国作为工程师队伍培养的大国,工程教育的质量仍然存在培养目标与社会、企业的要求、需求脱节,人才培养模式单一、工程教育内容陈旧、教师缺乏实践经验、工程实践实训的弱化等问题,使得我国工程教育体系中工程实践性、创新性严重缺失,进而严重影响工程师培养的质量。 The direct goal of engineering education is to train engineers and train highly skilled and competitive engineers and industry leaders.
