国有企业与员工的关系是相互制约、相互影响的,员工为国有企业的发展作出了巨大的贡献,国有企业因而就需要对员工的生活提供保障条件。国企员工退休后的管理对所有国企来说是一个必须重视的问题,由于企业不能对退休人员的管理和服务做到面面俱全,从而无法充分的保障员工的生活,而社会化管理能够在很大程度上有效的解决这一问题。因此,本文对国企退休人员的社会管理进行了详细的分析与讨论,以期促进我国国企退休人员的管理工作的进一步发展。
The relationship between state-owned enterprises and their employees is mutually restrictive and mutually influential. Employees make great contributions to the development of state-owned enterprises, and state-owned enterprises therefore need to provide guarantee conditions for their employees’ lives. The management of SOE employees after retirement is an issue that must be taken seriously by all state-owned enterprises. Since enterprises can not fully manage and service retirees, they can not fully guarantee the lives of employees. Social management can be very effective To a large extent, effectively solve this problem. Therefore, this paper analyzes the social management of the retired workers in state-owned enterprises in detail in order to promote the further development of the management of retired workers in state-owned enterprises.
