目的 探讨粘附分子表达与原发性肝癌生物学行为的关系。方法 应用免疫组化技术观察粘附分子CD54,CD44和E cadherin及增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)在 49例肝细胞癌组织中的表达。结果 非癌组肝细胞均见E cadherin阳性表达 ,CD54,CD44均呈阴性染色。肝癌组织中CD54和CD44表达增加 ,阳性率分别为 85 7% (42 /49)和 81 6% (40 /49) ,E cadherin表达明显减少 ,阳性率为 34 7% (1 7/49)。CD54和CD44表达与肝癌组织分化程度无明显关系 (P >0 .0 5) ,,而与转移有关 (P <0 .0 5)。E cadherin表达与肝癌组织分化程度和转移有关 (P <0 .0 5)。E cadherin表达与PCNA增殖指数呈正相关关系 ,而CD54和CD44表达与PCNA增殖指数无明显关系。结论 粘附分子CD54,CD44及E cadherin可作为评价肝癌细胞学生物行为的指标。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of adhesion molecules and the biological behavior of primary liver cancer. Methods Immunohistochemical technique was used to observe the expression of adhesion molecules CD54, CD44, E cadherin and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in 49 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma. Results The positive expression of E cadherin was found in non-cancer liver cells, and CD54 and CD44 were negative staining. The expression of CD54 and CD44 in hepatocellular carcinoma increased, the positive rates were 85 7% (42/49) and 81 6% (40/49) respectively, and the expression of E cadherin was significantly decreased, with a positive rate of 34 7% (1 7/49). There was no significant relationship between the expression of CD54 and CD44 and the degree of differentiation of hepatocellular carcinoma (P > 0.05), but was related to metastasis (P <0.05). The expression of E cadherin was related to the degree of differentiation and metastasis of HCC (P < 0.05). There was a positive correlation between E cadherin expression and PCNA proliferation index, but there was no significant relationship between CD54 and CD44 expression and PCNA proliferation index. Conclusion Adhesion molecules CD54, CD44 and E cadherin can be used as indicators for evaluating the behavior of liver cancer cells.
