笔者用氯丙嗪、消心痛合用治疗急性左心衰、肺水肿5例(风心病4例、冠心病合并左心衰竭1例),取得满意疗效,现将方法介绍如下:消心痛10mg 含服,每隔5—10分钟一次,可给2～3次。氯丙嗪1～5mg 加小壶,每隔5～10分加一次,可给2～4次(肌注可用12.5mg)。用药后15～30分钟,病人安静,咳喘、咯血停止或减轻,肺部罗音减少,心率下降。急性左心衰、肺水
