中青年教师是高校事业发展的中坚力量,加强中青年教师领导力培养,对增强学校发展后劲、提升学校管理水平,具有重要意义。近年来,北京联合大学党委着力从中青年教师队伍中发现、选拔人才,努力促进中青年教师干部领导力提升和职业发展,为学校事业发展提供人才和干部保障。明确思路,大力加强中青年教师干部领导力培养中青年教师干部领导力主要指他们在谋划设计、引导方向、授权推动、组织协调、激励下属等方面的综合
Young and middle-aged teachers are the backbone of the development of colleges and universities. To strengthen the training of young and middle-aged teachers is of great significance to enhancing the stamina of schools and improving the management level of schools.
